Hello, my name is Stephani (otherwise known as ‘Big Sis’). I joined Weight Watchers in January 2008. This has been the best decision that I have made in my entire life. Weight Watchers believes in healthy guidelines, which are so easy to incorporate into your daily regimen. You can enter in your favorite recipe along with the number of servings, and the recipe builder will tell you how many points each serving is worth! The online weight tracker allows you to enter your weight each week to track your weight loss progress.
